Aatmeekam refers to the study of Aatma, Spirit,
Consciousness that functions through the Physical, Mental and
Intellectual bodies of all of us. Human anotomy consists
of Microcosm and Macrocosm. We are viewing the Macrocosm
and are experiencing the microcosm. How do we function
in the world outside? What guides or propels us?
What is our real nature? What are the effects of the
changes in the Microcosm level that influences our behavioural
changes at the Macrocosm level? How to evolve in life
and ultimately realise our SELF, BRAHMAN, CONSCIOUSNESS?

Naama Sankeerthanam helps to evolve oneself through Bhakthi Marga. Naama Sankeerthanam with musical tunes and thaala laya elevates one's mind and lifts it upwards and finally culminates in the realisation of the Almighty within us through self-experience. The sound of music helps in concentration and leads to ultimate surrender to the Almighty. We evolve only when our Ego is caste away and we surrender our body, mind and intellect totally to the Almighty. This is possible through Bhakthi Yoga by singing in praise of God.
