The sequence in which the songs have to be taken up and the raagaas etc. for Radha Kalyanam detailed by Achalabhakthan.

RADHA  KALYANA  PADDHATHI  ATTAVANAI

I.       UNCHAVRUTHI:

1  RAMA RAMA RAMA RAMA        (Song)

      2. HARI NAARAAYANA BHAJA NAARAAYANA  (Nattai)

      3. AVATHAARIKA SLOKAMS starting with Suklambharatharam Vishnum

4  THODAYA MANGALAM

5  GURU DHYAANAMS:

       DAKSHINAMOORTHY

       AADI SANKARAACHARYA

       BODHENDRAAL, AYYAVAAL, SATGURU SWAMIKAL

Other Gurus like Gopalakrishna Bhagawathar, Gnanananda, etc., if time permits.

       ABHANGS

(Some schools follow this with Ashtapathi, Narayana Theerthar,

        Badrachala Ramadas, Purandaradas, Sadasiva Brahmendral,

Gopalakrishna Bharathi, Thyagaraja etc.  However, considering the

time factor and the need to involved more people, it is felt necessary

to sing more abhangh and Naamaavalis .on various Gurus, Rama Krishna

etc.   Finally, take up Namavalis on each God starting with Ganesa.)

 6.     PAADA POOJA to UNCHAGRUTHI GURU with song

               GURU PADAM.          OR

               DEVA POOJA MAAJI DEEVA POOJA

7.     HAARATHI and leading guru to Mabndapam  with the song

BHARO NAMMA MANAKE GOPALA KRISHNA ?..

(In the centre of the hall keep the collected rice and other material and come

around it with the following songs )

       8.    DEVA BANDAAR NAMMA RANGA BANDARO

       9.    THAWA DAASOHAM or some other song on Thyagaraja

     10.     THAVA KATHAMRUTHAM KRISHNA TAPTA JEEVANAM    (in short )

     11.    SHIVA SHIVA BHAVA BHAVA SARANAM

     12.    DARO JAGANNATHA DARO HARE

     13.    KIM TATA VEDAAGAMA SASTRA VISTHARAIHI??.(Slokams)

      14.    AANJANEYA NAAMAAVALI

      15.    MANGALAM RUKMINI RAMANAAYA ?..

                         :     Uncha Vruthi Samaarohanam     :

NOTE: Once Unchavruthi comes to the hall with the song "Baro Namma Manake", the function can be concluded with Siva Siva Bhava Bhava Saranam and Dharo Uagannatha Dharo Hare, Kim Thatha Vedhagama....slokam and Mangalam.  Normally, before starting Kalyanam, traditionally, a ssmgraha Divyanaamam is conducted.  Due to lack of time, this is not being done now-a-days.  Hence, symbolically to represent the Samgraha Divyanaamam, I have added some of the songs to be taken up with short durations.  If acceptable, Bhagawathaas can follow the above or conclude the Unchavruthi in the short form as explained above.

II.        RADHA KALYANAM:

            1.       HARI NARAYANA or SOME OTHER STARTING SONG

2.      AVATHARIKA SLOKAMS

3.      SANGRAHA THODAYA MANGALAM

4.      GURU DHYANAM  (All the 3 Gurus or one song on all)

5.      22ND ASHTAPATHI  (Poorva and Uthara slokams)

6.      NAAMAAVALI

Note: If Poorna Ashtapathi was taken up and  Divyanamam and Dolotsavam performed previous day, then some do directly go to Gurukeerthanam and take up Ashtapathi 22nd .  If Poorna Ashtapathi was stopped at 19th Ashtapathi, then 20th is taken up during padhathi, 21st during Dolotsavam and 22nd, 23rd and 24th on Kalyanam day, thus completing Ashtapathi along with Kalyanam)

7.      GOWRI KALYAANAM   (Song)

(Pudukkottai Sampradaayam takes up keerthanam and naamaavali on Gopalakrishna Bhagavathar before Ashtapathi)

8.      AZHAIPPU

                ALLO NERE DILLO ?.

              (Muthu samarpanam on Ural)

9.      MUTHUKKUTHAL and MUTHU SAMARPANAM (KOTNOTSAVAM)

(Normally, five Kanyakas are made to pour the Akshathai into Ural. Some are making Ladies also pour Akshathai.  This can be avoided as the very basic theme of muthukuthal is vedantically explained in the Radha Kalyana Padhathi earlier.  Bhagavathaas perform Muthukkuthal and not ladies.)

14.  ALANKAARA GEETHAM

             SUVVI CHANDRASEKHARALUKU

(This song is normally sung during Muthukkuthal.  However, I have found it

Some Bhagavathaas do not perform Pooja during Kalyaanam and also stop with Gandhamu Kasthuri and Poovula Sellare songs without Nalangu.  these are added by Appa.

                                                          PUNDAREEKAMS

NOTE:-

Also there is a practice of singing Nischithaamboolam, Malai Matruthal, Pachchappidi sampradaayam etc. in Radha Kalyaanam.  But, these are not prescribed because Radha Kalyaanam is different from other Kalyana Utsavams.  Radha Kalyaanam is to be performed in Ushas - early morning before Sun Rise.  Also Ra;dha Kalyanam depicts Jeeva Brahma Iykyam and not a marriage arranged like other kalyanams - Parvathi Kaslyanam, Venkatesa Kalyanam, Seetha Kalyanam, Rukmini Kalyanam etc.  However, there is nothing wrong as these are added for participation by Ladies.

It depends on the Mano Bhava with which we perform it.  No criticisms.
